Refund & Return Policy

At BKS, we want you to love what you wear. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for the applicable return window and eligibility conditions.

Exchanges We accept size exchanges subject to availability. Items must be unworn and in original condition.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as BKS is not responsible for lost return parcels.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items Sale items and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
